New Space Candidate in Wan Chai

I just got hooked up via one of our supporters to a space in Wan Chai on QRE.

It is in a pretty solid building, and has great yield with the whole floor to ourselves and only a small lift lobby area going to waste.

The ceiling is a drop ceiling, but it is at a solid 8 feet instead of the typical 7 1/2 feet here.

We would need to sort out having AC units installed, but otherwise is in move-in condition as far as lighting and structure. It does need cleaning, but I think it will be in good enough condition for us to get up and running, and we could consider replacing the flooring as our budget allows.
